What you need

tsp garlic powder

tbsp lime juice

cup ricotta cheese

cup fresh cilantro

tsp salt
tsp dried oregano

tsp chipotle chili powder

tsp cumin

can green chile

can fresh corn kernels

oz feta

cup scallion

cup white cheddar
can pimento
Instructions
1: Add the ricotta, feta and lime juice to a food processor and process until smooth. 2: Next, add the corn to a large bowl with the cheese, scallions, cilantro, chiles, pimentos, cumin, salt, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and oregano.
