Instructions
1: Soak 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes and 1 clove of garlic in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. 2: While the mixture is soaking, cook pasta of your choice. 3: After 10 minutes, add 1/2 cup of the hot water and the drained sun dried tomatoes to a blender. 4: Add 1/4 cup dairy free sour cream, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and pepper and hot sauce to taste. 5: Blend until smooth. 6: Toss the sauce with cooked pasta and serve.View original recipe
