Instructions
1: Season shrimp with new bae seasoning and sauté in coconut oil on medium high for about 2 minutes per side. 2: Sauté mushrooms and chopped purple carrots. 3: Cook mung bean pasta according to package instructions. 4: Blend sauce ingredients: tahini, coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, coconut aminos, tamari soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper, and salt until smooth, adding water if needed. 5: Toss cooked pasta with the sautéed shrimp, vegetables, and sauce. 6: Top with avocado, micro greens, hemp seeds, and cilantro.View original recipe
