What you need

cup tahini

tsp sriracha
bok choy

tbsp coconut aminos

tbsp sesame oil

cabbage

tbsp lime juice

tbsp water

tsp turmeric
Instructions
1: Cook the rice and millet noodles according to package instructions. 2: Sauté the bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and cabbage in a pan until tender. 3: In a small bowl, mix sesame oil and coconut aminos together for the glaze and lightly brush on the salmon. 4: Sear the salmon in a hot pan until crispy. 5: In another bowl, whisk together tahini, sesame oil, lime juice, coconut aminos, water, sriracha, and turmeric to make the sauce. 6: Assemble the bowl by placing noodles at the bottom, topping with sautéed vegetables, and adding the crispy salmon on top.
