Instructions
1: Sauté diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper in coconut oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes. 2: Add frozen wild shrimp, chopped tomatoes, and chopped basil to the pan; cook for another 3-4 minutes. 3: Add full fat coconut milk, salt, pepper, and coconut aminos; bring to a boil. 4: Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for another 5 minutes. 5: If serving with pasta, add cooked pasta and toss to combine. 6: Optionally, add steamed spinach and more chopped tomatoes before serving.View original recipe
