
Crisp Carrot Fries
Crispy carrot fries served with a creamy honey-garlic sauce, perfect as a side or a healthy snack. The recipe combines seasoned carrots with a rich sauce made from garlic, honey, and your choice of creamy base, topped with pistachios and parsley for added flavor and crunch.
What you need

clove garlic
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp honey

tbsp sour cream

tsp paprika

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil
parsley
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Add the cornstarch and the spices to a small bowl. Mix them together. 3: Add the carrots to a large bowl, then add the olive oil and toss. 4: Add the spices and toss again. Spread the carrots out on a sheet pan. 5: Place them in the oven for 35-40 minutes, reducing the heat to 350°F after 20 minutes and tossing a couple of times. 6: While they roast, heat more olive oil over medium heat, add the garlic until it sizzles, then remove from heat. 7: Add honey to the garlic and mix together. 8: In a small bowl, add the garlic-honey mixture to the sour cream, salt, and paprika, and mix to combine. 9: Once the carrots are crisp, add them to a plate.
