tbsp italian seasoning

fl oz honey
lemon
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp fresh chives

cup cottage cheese

tbsp fresh basil

tsp salt

clove garlic clove
tsp pepper
tbsp fresh parsley
tbsp olive oil

cup roasted red bell pepper

oz sunflower seed

lb gold potatoes
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Add the potatoes to a bowl, add the cornstarch and toss. Add the potatoes to the sheet pan, add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt. Toss to combine. Place in the oven for 35 minutes, tossing halfway. 3: Make the dip. Place everything into a food processor and process until smooth. 4: Add the potatoes and fresh basil, parsley, and chives to a bowl and toss to combine. 5: Spread the dip onto a plate, top with the potatoes, feta, sunflower seeds, and honey.View original recipe
