What you need
broccoli

clove garlic
bunch parsley

tsp sugar

tsp oregano

pinch salt

tbsp avocado oil
cup greek yogurt

fl oz lemon juice
lemon zest
tbsp olive oil

tsp cumin
tbsp red pepper flake

oz almond

tbsp granulated onion
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Make the spice mix by combining paprika, oregano, salt, and onion granules in a small bowl. 3: Add broccoli to a bowl, drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil and half of the spice mixture. Toss to coat, then add the remaining spices and toss again. 4: Place the broccoli onto the sheet pan, spread apart and roast for 23-28 minutes, flipping about three-quarters the way through. 5: Make the yogurt mixture by combining Greek yogurt, cumin, sugar, salt, and lemon juice in a small bowl. 6: Heat the oil in a saucepan until it begins to sizzle. Remove it from the heat, add chili flakes, garlic, oregano, and salt to a small bowl, then pour the hot oil over the garlic mixture. 7: Allow the oil to rest for at least five minutes to let the garlic infuse. 8: To serve, spread the yogurt onto a plate, top with the roasted broccoli, then the garlic oil. Top with almonds, parsley, and lemon zest if using.View original recipe
