Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Add the cauliflower to a sheet pan with the green onions, then drizzle the oil over the top. Add salt and pepper, then toss to combine. Add thyme and rosemary. 3: Bake for 35-45 minutes, until soft and crisp. Toss once while the cauliflower cooks. 4: While the cauliflower roasts, make the peanut sauce.
