What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp chili powder

tsp dried dill

tbsp almond milk
tbsp arrowroot starch

tsp sugar

tsp oregano

tbsp maple syrup

tsp salt

tbsp tahini

tsp chipotle chili powder
cup greek yogurt

fl oz lemon juice
tbsp olive oil

tsp cumin

lb red potato

bunch scallion
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425. Place a sheet pan in the oven for ten minutes. 2: Toss the potatoes in the starch, then the olive oil and the spices. Toss until well combined. Add more oil if needed. 3: Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crisp, flipping halfway. While the potatoes are roasting, make the yogurt dip and the maple drizzle. 4: Add all of the ingredients for the yogurt dip to a bowl and mix to combine. 5: Add the maple syrup and the chipotle chili powder to a separate small dish and mix to combine. 6: Place the yogurt dip in the bottom of a shallow bowl, add the potatoes then the maple drizzle.
