Crispy Balsamic Garlic Mushroom Chips
These crispy roasted balsamic and garlic oyster mushroom chips are both bold in flavor and satisfyingly crunchy. With a creamy tamari dipping sauce, they serve as a versatile appetizer, side dish, or topping for toast. The recipe makes efficient use of 2 pounds of oyster mushrooms that are both juicy and crisped for texture.
What you need

lb oyster mushrooms

tsp salt
tsp tamari soy sauce

tbsp balsamic vinegar

black pepper

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp pepper

tsp maple syrup

clove garlic

parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F and place a large baking sheet in the oven while it preheats. 2: In a small bowl, combine oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano, whisk to combine. 3: In a large bowl, add mushrooms and the balsamic mixture; toss to combine. 4: Remove the pan from the oven, add mushrooms, spreading them apart to avoid overlapping and bake for 18-22 minutes, tossing halfway. 5: While the mushrooms roast, make the dip by combining mayonnaise, yogurt, chili garlic sauce, tamari, and maple syrup in a small bowl and whisk to combine. 6: Once roasted, top the mushrooms with scallions, Parmesan, and black pepper if desired.View original recipe
