tbsp olive oil

tbsp cajun seasoning
bunch cilantro

tbsp lime juice

tbsp turmeric

tsp salt

tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Cut fingerling potatoes in half and brush with coconut oil. 3: Season potatoes with Cajun seasoning. 4: Bake potatoes for about 25-30 minutes. 5: Boil wild shrimp in water with lemon and herbs until cooked. 6: In a bowl, mix olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. 7: Blend boiled cashews with lemon juice, salt, and water. 8: Mix some of the cashew spread with turmeric and more lemon juice. 9: Serve crispy potatoes with shrimp and cashew dip.View original recipe
