Instructions
1: Cut the zucchini into 'fries'. 2: Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. 3: Grind the almonds in a food processor to create almond meal. 4: In a bowl, mix together the almond meal, nutritional yeast, flax chia blend, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. 5: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F or the oven to 425°F. 6: Dip each zucchini fry into the beaten egg, then coat with the almond mixture. 7: Brush or spray the fries with coconut cooking oil. 8: Air fry for 6-7 minutes (4-5 fries at a time) or bake on a nonstick baking sheet for 20 minutes. 9: For the chipotle ketchup, mix together ketchup and chipotle hot sauce to taste.View original recipe
