What you need

clove garlic

tbsp honey
lemon

tsp salt

tbsp tahini
tsp pepper

tbsp water

tbsp butter
tsp red pepper flake
tbsp olive oil

lb red potato

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F and place a sheet pan in the oven while it preheats. 2: Place the garlic on aluminum foil, drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper, then roast in the oven for 35 minutes until tender. 3: Remove the sheet pan, add the butter to melt, then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and chives. Place the potatoes face down, drizzle with oil and remaining salt, and roast for 40-45 minutes, flipping after 30 minutes. 4: Once the garlic is done, let it cool. Squeeze the garlic into a food processor, add tahini, honey, lemon juice, water, salt, pepper, and baking soda. Process until creamy. 5: Spread sauce on a plate, top with potatoes, parsley, cashews, and red pepper flakes if desired.View original recipe
