onion

tsp cumin

tbsp fresh chives

cup almond

tsp corn starch

lb snack peppers

Instructions
1: Toss 3/4 pound of salmon bites with spices. 2: Heat 4 to 5 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. 3: Once sizzling, add the bites and cook for about 1 minute per side. 4: Place on a blotting sheet or paper towel to remove excess oil. 5: On a baking sheet, place 1 pound of mini peppers and 1 halved onion, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
