What you need

tbsp avocado oil

tbsp dill
tbsp honey
clove garlic

tbsp coconut oil

salmon

tsp dried dill

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder
tsp salt

cup watermelon
tsp dried oregano

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1: Season the salmon portions with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 2: Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat and add smashed garlic. 3: Once hot, add salmon skin-side up and sear for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Remove from pan. 4: For the watermelon salad, combine watermelon and feta in a bowl. 5: In a separate bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 6: Toss the salad dressing with the watermelon and feta, adding chopped dill last. 7: For the potatoes, cut red potatoes into quarters and toss with salt, oregano, garlic powder, dried dill, coconut sugar, and pepper. 8: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Heat an oven-proof skillet and add coconut oil. 9: Add potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, tossing occasionally. 10: Place the skillet in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping 1-2 times, until cooked to your liking.View original recipe
