
Crispy Garlic-Pepper Salmon

What you need

lb asparagus

clove garlic
tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt
tbsp ghee

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: Pat dry and season 1 pound of wild salmon with ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Set aside. 2: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss 1 pound of asparagus with 1 tablespoon ghee (or coconut/olive oil), ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and ½ teaspoon lemon zest. Bake for about 8-10 minutes on a baking sheet. 3: Heat 1 ½ tablespoons of ghee or olive oil over medium heat, add one clove of smashed garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.
