This Crispy Ghee Salmon is seasoned with salt and pepper, seared to perfection, and served with a light and creamy cauliflower garlic alfredo sauce. It's a delightful and simple meal complemented with sautéed spinach and mushrooms.
What you need

lb salmon
cup cauliflower

tsp apple cider vinegar
tsp pepper

coconut aminos

cup raw cashews
tbsp mayo
tsp ghee

tsp salt

bone broth
olive oil

cup water
Instructions
1: Season 1/2 pound salmon with salt and pepper. 2: Heat 2-3 teaspoons ghee over medium heat in a cast iron skillet. 3: Sear the salmon skin side up for 4 minutes. 4: Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through. 5: For the sauce, blend 1.5 cups steamed hot cauliflower with 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup raw cashews, 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 teaspoons ghee or vegan butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil Mayo, 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar until very smooth. 6: Sauté spinach and mushrooms in some bone broth with salt, pepper, olive oil, and coconut aminos.View original recipe
