lb chicken tenders

tbsp honey

cup tapioca flour

tsp sesame oil

cup orange juice

tbsp coconut aminos
tsp orange zest

pepper
oil

tsp garlic powder

sriracha

tsp salt

tsp ginger

Instructions
1: Add to a blender: orange juice, lime juice, coconut aminos, garlic powder, ginger, tapioca flour, sesame oil, water, honey, and sriracha. Blend for 30 seconds. 2: Add the blended mixture to a medium saucepan, add orange zest, and heat until thickened—about 10-12 minutes. 3: Dip chicken tenders in one whisked egg, then dip in a mixture of tapioca flour, salt, and pepper. 4: Spray generously with oil, then air fry on 400°F for 5-6 minutes per side (or bake on 400°F for 15-20 minutes flipping halfway). 5: Toss chicken with sauce and serve with veggies, rice, scallions, and sesame seeds.View original recipe
