
Crispy Parmesan & Rosemary Potato Stacks
This simple 6-ingredient recipe features thinly sliced potatoes topped with fresh Parmesan cheese and rosemary, baked until crispy and delicious. A perfect side dish that can easily be doubled for gatherings.

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425 F. Place a sheet pan in the oven while it preheats. 2: Remove the hot sheet pan from the oven. Drizzle one tablespoon of oil over the bottom, then half of the salt and half of the pepper. 3: Create overlapping rows with the potatoes to create flat 'stacks' until the entire sheet pan is full. 4: Drizzle the tops of the potatoes with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. 5: Add the Parmesan cheese and rosemary and spread them evenly over the potatoes. 6: Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tops are browned and the edges are crisp.View original recipe
