
Crispy Parmesan Salmon Bites
Tender salmon bites coated with a crispy Parmesan crust, drizzled with an optional honey-garlic sauce. These bites are perfect for a crowd or as a delightful appetizer. They are baked to perfection and flavored with salt, paprika, and oregano.
What you need

tsp paprika

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp honey

cup fresh basil

pinch salt

tsp lemon juice
tbsp olive oil

tsp dried oregano
pinch red pepper flake

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Add the salmon to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, then add the salt, paprika, and oregano. Toss to coat. 3: Drizzle a large sheet pan with olive oil, then brush to coat the bottom. Add about 1 tablespoon spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese to the sheet pan, 2 inches apart. Top each spoonful with a salmon piece. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. 4: Allow the salmon to cool for 5 minutes, then gently lift the Parmesan cheese off the sheet pan. 5: To make the optional honey-garlic drizzle, heat the olive oil and honey over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Add the salt, pepper flakes, lemon juice, and fresh basil and stir for 30 seconds.View original recipe
