
Crispy Ranch Fries with Aioli
Delicious crispy ranch seasoned fries paired with a creamy honey-buffalo aioli. Perfect for a weekend snack to elevate your fry game!
What you need

tsp garlic powder

tbsp coconut oil

tsp salt

tsp dried chives

tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp hot sauce

tsp pepper

tbsp arrowroot starch

tbsp honey

tsp dried dill

lb russet potato
tbsp plain greek yogurt

tsp granulated onion
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Cut 1.5-2 pounds of russet potatoes into fries and soak in ice water for 30 minutes or more. 3: Drain, pat dry, and place in a new bowl. 4: Toss the potatoes with 1-2 tablespoons of arrowroot starch and remove the excess. 5: Toss with 1.5 tablespoons of melted coconut oil and the ranch seasoning blend. 6: Spread the potatoes out on a sheet pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway. 7: For the honey-buffalo aioli, whisk together 4 tablespoons of mayo, 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 2-4 tablespoons of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder.View original recipe
