
Crispy Ranch Seasoned Fries
These crispy ranch seasoned fries are a delicious treat complemented by a creamy honey-buffalo aioli. Perfectly prepared russet potatoes soaked and seasoned for the ultimate crispiness, making them a great weekend snack or side dish.
What you need

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp arrowroot starch

tbsp honey

tsp dried dill

tsp pepper

tbsp hot sauce

tsp garlic powder

tbsp mayo

tsp salt

tsp oregano
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Cut 1.5 pounds of russet potatoes into fries and soak in ice water for 30 minutes or more. 3: Drain and pat the potatoes dry, then place them in a new bowl. 4: Toss the potatoes with 1-2 tablespoons of arrowroot starch. 5: Add 1.5 tablespoons of melted coconut oil and mix in the ranch seasoning blend along with dried dill, salt, onion granules, dried chives, garlic powder, and pepper. 6: Spread the potatoes out on a sheet pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway through. 7: For the honey-buffalo aioli, whisk together 4 tablespoons of Mayo, 2 tablespoons of Greek style yogurt, 2-4 tablespoons of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder.View original recipe
