
Crispy Roasted Parmesan Carrots
These crispy roasted parmesan carrots are a delicious and healthy side dish, featuring fresh carrots coated in a savory parmesan mixture, complemented by a creamy honey mustard dip. Perfect for any meal and easy to prepare!
What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp oregano

tsp salt

tbsp hot sauce
cup greek yogurt

tbsp honey mustard
tsp pepper
bunch fresh parsley
tbsp olive oil
lb carrot

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. While the oven preheats, add the butter to a casserole dish and place in the oven to melt. 2: Make the parmesan mixture. Add the parmesan cheese, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix to combine. Set aside. 3: Remove the dish from the oven, add the parmesan mixture and the 1/2 tablespoon olive oil to the dish, mix to form a paste with the butter and spread evenly. Place the carrots face down over the mixture. Drizzle the tops with olive oil and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until carrots are tender. 4: While the carrots are roasting, make the honey mustard dip. Add the Greek yogurt, honey mustard, and hot sauce to a small bowl. Mix to combine and set aside. 5: Remove the carrots from the oven, allow to set for a few minutes, then use a spatula to remove carrots from the dish and onto a plate.
