tbsp coconut aminos

lb salmon

tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp honey

tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
tbsp plain greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Pat 1/2 pound salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat in a cast iron and add salmon (skin side up). Cook for 3-4 minutes then flip. Cook for another 4 minutes (until cooked to your liking). 3: Make the dressing: Mix 2 tablespoon Greek-style yogurt, 2 tablespoon whole-grain dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1.5 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon coconut aminos, pinch salt, and inch of garlic powder until smooth. 4: Put salmon over veggies of choice, add fresh dill and dressing.View original recipe
