cup mayonnaise

tbsp butter

tbsp honey

fl oz lemon juice

tbsp mustard

lb brussel sprouts
Instructions
1: Blanch Brussels sprouts quickly in salted boiling water, covered for 3-4 minutes. 2: Remove from water, drain, then smash them with the bottom of a flat cup or bowl. 3: Toss the smashed Brussels sprouts with melted butter or oil and spices of choice. 4: Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy to your liking. 5: For the dip, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), honey, mustard, coconut aminos, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice.View original recipe
