tbsp sriracha
tsp olive oil

tsp honey
lime

tbsp coconut aminos

cup almond butter

tsp lime juice

tsp white miso

Instructions
1: Marinate the shrimp in a blend of mango, sriracha, honey, and lime juice for 20 minutes. 2: Sauté the marinated shrimp in coconut oil for 2 minutes per side. 3: Cut the potatoes and soak them in ice water for 30 minutes. 4: Drain and pat dry the potatoes, then toss with oil and salt. 5: Mix olive oil with zaatar seasoning and toss the potatoes again. 6: Air fry the potatoes at 390°F for 10 minutes, shake, then cook for an additional 6-8 minutes. 7: In a pan, bring broth to a boil and whisk in almond butter, soy sauce, coconut aminos, white miso, lime juice, and sriracha for about 5 minutes until thick. 8: Serve shrimp and potatoes topped with the almond butter miso sauce along with steamed broccoli, red pepper, avocado, sesame seeds, and scallions.View original recipe
