What you need

cup quinoa

english cucumber

tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds

tbsp maple syrup

tsp salt

tsp dijon mustard
tsp lemon zest

fl oz lemon juice
tbsp olive oil

cup green beans
oz beet

clove garlic clove
cup parsley

cup goat cheese
Instructions
1: Make the dressing. Add the olive oil, maple syrup, mustard, salt, paprika, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice to a small bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside. 2: Make the salad.
