What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp dijon mustard

cup dried cranberries

tsp salt

tbsp lemon juice

broccoli

cup greek yogurt

tsp garlic powder

cup red onion

tbsp mayo

apple

tsp pepper

tbsp capers
tsp dried oregano

cup sunflower seed

cup yellow bell pepper

tbsp milk

tbsp parmesan cheese

fl oz fish sauce
Instructions
1: Chop the broccoli and prepare it raw or steam for 1 minute. 2: Mince the red onion and orange/yellow bell pepper. 3: Chop the English cucumber and apple. 4: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber, sunflower seeds, capers, dried cranberries, and apple. 5: In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients: Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, caper juice or fish sauce, garlic powder, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, nutritional yeast or Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and water or milk to desired consistency. 6: Toss the salad with dressing until well coated. 7: Optionally, add Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast after tossing and mix again before serving.View original recipe
