
Crunchy Parmesan & Dill Salmon
A delicious salmon recipe crusted with a mixture of Parmesan cheese, crushed cashews, fresh dill, garlic, and olive oil. It's baked until golden and can even be air-fried for a crispy finish.
What you need

tbsp fresh dill

tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: Place salmon on a sheet pan. 2: Brush all sides of salmon with yogurt or sour cream. 3: Spread the topping ingredients (Parmesan cheese, crushed cashews, dill, minced garlic, and olive oil) evenly over the top. 4: Season with salt and pepper. 5: Drizzle a little olive oil and bake on 400°F for 18-20 minutes. 6: Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.View original recipe
