What you need
oz ricotta cheese

fl oz honey
lemon

tsp oregano

tbsp salt
cup greek yogurt
tbsp olive oil

tsp cumin
tsp red pepper flake
persian cucumber

tsp sesame seed

oz feta

tbsp dill

cup pine nut

tbsp fresh chives
Instructions
1: Add the cucumbers and the salt to a bowl and allow to sit for 15 minutes, then drain, rinse, pat dry and place in a new bowl. 2: Add the spices and the oil. Toss to combine. 3: Make the whipped ricotta and feta. Add the ricotta, feta, yogurt, dill, lemon zest, salt and pepper to a food processor and process until mostly smooth. 4: Serve cucumbers over the dip and top with chives, dill, pine nuts and honey.View original recipe
