Instructions
1: Heat coconut oil over medium high heat. 2: Add cauliflower rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped red pepper, chopped mushrooms, and chopped cabbage. 3: Sauté for about 5 minutes until vegetables soften. 4: Add coconut aminos, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle chili powder, paprika, cumin, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. 5: Toss the mixture a few times over the heat and cook for another 2 minutes. 6: Serve topped with shrimp seared in coconut oil and coconut aminos, cooking for 2 minutes per side on medium high.View original recipe
