Instructions
1: Mix the sauce ingredients: coconut aminos, water, coconut milk, tomato paste, sesame oil, and curry powder. 2: Prepare the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. 3: Sauté the seasoned shrimp in a pan and set aside. 4: In a skillet, heat and brown the cashews, then toss them with some sauce. 5: Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce. 6: Brush the shrimp with some sauce before serving. 7: Serve the dish with sautéed asparagus, red peppers, and greens.View original recipe
