What you need
cup salami

tsp salt

tsp oregano

tsp sriracha
tsp olive oil

tsp honey

tsp coconut aminos
cup cucumber

tbsp tahini
pepper

cup baby spinach

Instructions
1: Cook the brown rice gluten-free pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool. 2: Drizzle olive oil over the cooled pasta to prevent sticking. 3: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, baby spinach, olives, chopped salami, dairy-free feta, chives, and boiled eggs. 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, olive oil, dairy-free sour cream, tahini, water, salt, Pepper, balsamic, honey, sriracha, oregano, and dried chives. 5: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix to combine.
