
Dairy Free Carbonara
A creamy and delicious dairy free Carbonara made with cashew butter, garlic, and gluten free pasta, alongside seasoned wild salmon and sautéed vegetables.

Instructions
1: Season the wild salmon with zataar seasoning and lemon. 2: Heat 1 clove of garlic in 1 teaspoon of ghee over medium high heat. 3: Quickly sauté the asparagus with some salt and pepper until cooked. 4: Sauté mushrooms in coconut aminos with no oil. 5: Cook gluten free pasta according to package instructions and mix with sautéed vegetables. 6: For the sauce, blend cashew butter, water, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic cloves, along with roasted sweet potatoes, pepper, salt, and paprika until smooth. 7: Add more water or sweet potato to the sauce to achieve desired consistency. 8: Combine the pasta with the sauce and serve with salmon on top.View original recipe
