
Dairy Free Cashew Mac and Cheese
A delicious bowl of dairy-free cashew mac and cheese made with shrimp and a variety of vegetables. The sauce is creamy and rich, made from boiled veggies, raw cashews, and coconut milk, blended to perfection.
What you need

cup raw cashews

tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp salt

chili powder
potato

lemon juice

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

cup water

tbsp coconut oil
cup bone broth

Instructions
1: Season shrimp with chili powder and salt, then sear in coconut oil and bone broth. 2: In a large pot, boil 4 cups of water (or broth). 3: Boil the potato, carrots, and raw cashews in the water for about 10-15 minutes until soft. 4: Save 3/4 cup of the water from the veggies once done. 5: Remove veggies and cashews from water and place them in a blender with the other ingredients and the saved water. 6: Blend until smooth and pour over pasta.View original recipe
