
Dairy Free Creamy Cheezy Broccoli Soup
This dairy-free creamy 'cheezy' broccoli soup is easy to make and addictively delicious. Perfect over pasta, with chicken or bacon, or on its own. This warm fall favorite combines cauliflower, potatoes, and broccoli in a creamy coconut milk base, created to satisfy your cravings.
What you need

cup cauliflower florets

tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp salt

broccoli florets

cup water

tsp dry mustard

Instructions
1: Bring four cups of water to a boil and add 1.5 teaspoon salt. 2: Add 2 cups cauliflower florets, 1/2 chopped onion, 2 cups chopped and peeled potatoes, 3 garlic cloves, and 1 chopped carrot. 3: Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until soft. 4: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender with 4-6 tablespoons nutritional yeast and purée until smooth. 5: Pour back into the saucepan and add 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground dill or caraway seed, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1 head broccoli florets. 6: Mix together and cover over medium heat until broccoli is tender. 7: Top with some shredded chicken.View original recipe
