Instructions
1: Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for about 4 minutes until soft. 2: Add coconut milk, water, coconut aminos, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dairy-free feta, and onion powder to the saucepan and bring to a boil. 3: Transfer the mixture to a blender, add arrowroot starch and raw cashews, and blend until smooth. 4: Return the blended mixture to the pan, heat over medium-high until it thickens. 5: Mix in greek yogurt and frozen spinach, and heat until cooked through. 6: For the cod, season it with paprika, dried chives, garlic powder, and salt, then brush with olive oil and broil for 7-9 minutes on a wire rack until flaky.View original recipe
