
Dairy-Free Garlic Alfredo
A creamy, dairy-free garlic alfredo sauce served with smoked salmon and kale, made using a high-speed blender. This simple dish is almost one pan and perfect for a quick meal.
What you need

box spaghetti

tsp salt

tbsp lemon juice
onion

tsp garlic powder
tsp pepper

tbsp olive oil
oz smoked salmon
cup broth
cup kale

can white beans
Instructions
1: Cook pasta according to the box instructions, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water. 2: Add all ingredients for the sauce to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Set aside. 3: Heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add the onion and kale, and sauté for about five minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 4: Add the sauce to the kale over medium heat and stir to combine. 5: Add the cooked pasta, smoked salmon, and 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water.
