What you need

cup spinach

clove garlic
cup broth

tbsp basil

oz tortellini
tsp pepper

tsp hot sauce

tsp dried thyme

tbsp tomato paste

tsp garlic powder

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1: Add to a high speed blender: broth, almond butter, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, pepper, and hot sauce. Blend until smooth and set aside. 2: In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add chopped onion and chopped carrots; saute for 3-4 minutes until onions are soft. Add minced garlic and saute for another minute. 3: Add the broth mixture, crushed tomatoes, chopped spinach, chopped basil, and tortellini to the saucepan.
