lb salmon

cup fresh dill
cup kale

tbsp fresh parmesan cheese
tbsp yellow mustard

tbsp lemon juice
avocado

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tsp paprika

cup cashew

cup dill pickle
Instructions
1: Preheat the broiler to high and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2: Add the salmon to the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with 1/2 tsp salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Place 6 inches under the broiler for 9-11 minutes until cooked to your liking. 3: While the salmon cooks, make the dressing by adding olive oil, mustard, maple syrup, 1/4 tsp salt, garlic powder, pepper, and lemon juice to a jar. Cover and shake until well combined. 4: Add kale to a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and massage with hands. 5: Break apart the cooked salmon into small chunks with a fork. 6: In each bowl, add 1/4 of the kale, cashews, pickles, dill, avocado, and Parmesan, then top with 1/4 of the salmon. 7: Drizzle each bowl with the dressing.
