Instructions
1: Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2: Fry the organic egg until cooked to your preference. 3: While the egg is frying, sauté bok choy in another pan. 4: Toast the English muffin. 5: Assemble the sandwich with the fried egg, avocado, sautéed bok choy, and kraut on the toasted muffin. 6: For the latte, heat almond milk, turmeric powder, licorice powder, cinnamon, and ginger over medium-high, whisking until mixed and frothy. 7: Blend the mixture with ghee, collagen powder, and boiling water until creamy. 8: Pour the latte and enjoy with the sandwich.View original recipe
