
Eggs-in-a-basket
A fun brunch idea featuring 'Eggs-in-a-basket' made with keto bread, zucchini, or bacon. Easily customizable with different veggies and toppings.
What you need

cream cheese

egg yolk

bacon

avocado

zucchini
Instructions
1: Cut holes out of the middle of the keto bread and save the circle cutouts. 2: Heat a pan over medium-high and spray with oil. 3: Add the large slices of bread with cutouts to the pan. 4: After about 1 minute, flip the bread. 5: Add zucchini spirals or bacon to the middle, then crack the egg white into the center. 6: Cover the pan for about 25 seconds. 7: Remove the cover and carefully add the egg yolk to the partially cooked egg white. 8: Cover and cook for another 20 seconds or until eggs are cooked to your liking. 9: Top the bread cutouts with avocado, cream cheese, strawberries, or other toppings.View original recipe
