
Espresso Rubbed Steak and Chili Fries
A quick and flavorful sheet pan meal featuring New York Strip steaks and chili fries, seasoned with a delicious dry rub and cooked to perfection in just ten minutes.
What you need

coconut oil

sweet chili sauce

tsp black pepper

tbsp chili powder

garlic powder

cabbage

tsp salt

sour cream

cumin

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp paprika

cilantro

avocado
Instructions
1: Season the steaks and place on a plate. Drizzle a little coconut aminos over the top. 2: Cut potatoes into wedges, parboil potatoes (about 12 mins in boiling salted water), then drain and pat dry. 3: Toss potatoes in some coconut oil and season with a mixture of 2 parts chili powder, 1 part cumin, 1 part garlic powder, 1 part onion powder, and salt to taste. 4: Place potatoes on a sheet pan, then place steaks next to them and broil (about 6 inches from broiler) for 4 mins per side for medium rare. Remove, place steaks on cutting board to rest and potatoes on a separate plate. 5: Place a sheet of parchment paper on the sheet pan, and add some fixings: cabbage, limes, avocado, sliced mango, jalapeños, tomatoes, scallions, sour cream, sweet chili sauce and cilantro.View original recipe
