
Feta-Parmesan Stuffed Dates
Delicious roasted stuffed dates filled with feta and topped with a crunchy walnut herb mix, perfect for New Year's Eve celebrations!
What you need

cup parmesan cheese
tbsp parsley

fl oz honey

tsp salt
tsp orange zest
pepper
tbsp olive oil

medjool dates

tbsp scallion

oz feta
cup walnut
fl oz runny honey
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 375. 2: Make the topping by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mixing. 3: Add some honey to a small bowl and add the Parmesan to a small plate. Dip the feta into honey, then the Parmesan to coat. Add the feta to the center of the dates. 4: Add the dates to a casserole dish. Top with topping. Bake for 15 minutes. 5: Remove, then drizzle with honey.View original recipe
