tbsp lemon juice

tsp coconut aminos

cup bbq sauce

tsp pepper
lb cod

tbsp yogurt

Instructions
1: Dry off the cod with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. 2: Brush the cod on both sides with a mixture of lemon juice, coconut aminos, minced garlic, and lemon zest. 3: Spray the cod with oil and bake at 425°F for 7-8 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping for another 7. 4: Cut the cauliflower into florets and dip them in whisked egg or egg white. 5: Dip the florets in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper, then spray with oil. 6: Air fry the cauliflower at 375°F for about 12 minutes. 7: Toss the cauliflower in BBQ sauce mixed with coconut aminos and return to the air fryer for 5-7 minutes. 8: Prepare the tartar sauce by mixing yogurt, organic mayo, relish, and garlic powder together.View original recipe
