lb gold potatoes

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp cumin
Instructions
1: Peel and chop 1.5 pounds of gold potatoes. 2: Cover with water and boil for 12-15 minutes until tender. 3: Drain the liquid. 4: Use a potato masher or large fork to mash the potatoes until evenly mashed. 5: Stir in 1.5 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil. 6: Add in 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1/4 cup of unsweetened cashew milk. 7: Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and pepper to taste.View original recipe
