What you need

avocado

cup baby spinach

red pepper

kabocha squash

red onion

fresh dill

splash coconut aminos

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1: Sauté broccolini, red onion, red pepper, kabocha squash, and purple sweets in coconut oil. 2: Add organic egg and egg whites to the mixture. 3: Cook until the frittata is set. 4: Top with avocado, fresh dill, baby spinach, everything but the bagel seasoning, kraut, and coconut aminos. 5: Serve directly from the cast iron skillet.View original recipe
