
Garlic-Paprika Shrimp Bowl

What you need

tsp paprika
cup mayonnaise
clove garlic

cup cooked jasmine rice

cup red cabbage

tbsp fresh cilantro

tbsp tamari soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

cup edamame

tsp olive oil

tbsp sesame oil
tsp salt
tbsp honey
tsp fresh ginger

cup red bell pepper
Instructions
1: Make the sauce. Add the mayonnaise, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, tamari, garlic and ginger. Whisk until smooth. Add sriracha to taste and whisk again. Set aside. 2: Prep the shrimp. Add the shrimp to a medium bowl, add the cornstarch and toss to coat. Add the olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic and cilantro. Toss again. 3: Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and the shrimp, spread apart. If needed, do the shrimp in two batches. Sear for 2 minutes per side then remove and set on a plate. 4: Build the bowls. Add rice, edamame, bell pepper, pineapple, scallions and cilantro. 5: Serve the bowls topped with the sauce and sesame seeds if using.View original recipe
