Garlic-Parmesan Broccolini
A delicious combination of garlic-parmesan broccolini, whipped sun dried tomato tahini, and crispy white beans. This recipe features broccolini roasted with garlic and parmesan, crispy beans with olive oil and seasonings, and a creamy tahini sauce for a flavorful dish.

bunch broccolini

oz parmesan cheese
tbsp olive oil

clove garlic

tbsp butter

tbsp water

tsp salt

can cannellini beans

tbsp hot sauce
sun dried tomato

almond
bunch parsley

fl oz oil packed sundried tomatoes
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper. 2: For the beans, add the beans, olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic to a small bowl. Mix to coat and spread on one sheet pan. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, tossing halfway. 3: For the broccolini, mix the butter, garlic, salt, and paprika in a small bowl. Toss the broccolini with this mixture and add the parmesan cheese. Place on the other sheet pan and roast for 15-17 minutes, tossing halfway. 4: For the tahini, blend the tahini, sun dried tomatoes, water, hot sauce, and salt in a food processor until smooth. 5: Spread the tahini on a plate, and top with roasted broccolini, beans, chopped almonds, parsley, and sun dried tomato oil if desired.View original recipe
